• the date of birth of the person who has died
• the address of where the person is
• if you want to pay online now or in 48 hours

Before you start

Before you start, it’s important to know what is and isn’t included.

With a direct cremation:

• you will not be able to visit the person who has died once they’re in our care.
• mourners will not be able to attend the cremation.

To arrange a direct cremation:

• you must be the person responsible for paying for the funeral arrangement and be over 18 years old.
• the death must be confirmed by a medical professional.
